When will I receive my order?

You have options! If you are having your order shipped, you can choose economy shipping, UPS Ground, or UPS next day air at checkout.

You will receive tracking information via email once your package ships. Please note that it can take a few days for your tracking information to update. Email iwearmanyhatsco@gmail.com if your tracking information has not changed after two business days, or if your tracking information says "delivered" but you did not receive your order.

Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?

Maybe!

Pickup is occasionally available in Atlanta, GA and Nashville, TN. If this option is currently available, you will see a promo code listed in the Current Promos section of our website.

You will still be asked to type in a shipping address. Don't worry! As long as you add the correct coupon code, you will not be charged for shipping.

How do I schedule a time to pickup my order?

We will email you within two business days to schedule pickup. Please note that the typical pickup schedule is Monday-Wednesday for Nashville, and Friday-Saturday for Atlanta. Worldwide shipping is always available; pickup is subject to availability and may not be offered at all times.

What happens if my order arrived damaged?

Please email iwearmanyhatsco@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will reach out within two business days to find a solution.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item has been damaged in transit.

Who creates the hats?

We create the designs, and the designs are screen printed and embroidered by the wonderful folks at Music City Creative - a queer-owned, eco-friendly print shop in Nashville.
